This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to users of the Site who visit without transacting business (“Visitors”) and users who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various products and services we offer (collectively, “Services”) (“Customers”).

We collect names and email addresses when users join the Afrodrumming Email List and when Visitors make purchases through our store. We will not sell, transfer, or use Personal Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

We use Personal Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personal Information to contact Visitors and Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

With whom may the information may be shared?
Personal Information about Customers is not shared with anyone or any other company. We also offer the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

How is Personal Information stored?
Personal Information collected by Afrodrumming is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of the Site except for use as indicated above.

Email Subscription – What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?

As part of the registration process for our online newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a few reasons: to engage with you, to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about and to deliver free files and content; to contact you or offer support if needed; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter.
