RefundS and Returns Policy

Overview

We're not here to rip you off.

If you're unhappy with the item you've purchased, we'll do our best to treat you right. We can often help with a return and refund.

However, there are times when you won't be able to return items you've bought. Please read this page to see our refunds and returns policy.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the thing you've bought from us is broken, or doesn't work properly, you can always return it. This is your right as a consumer. Just contact us and let us know what's wrong.

30 Days

You have 30 days to check out your goods and ask for a refund if required. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately don't offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

YOU CAN'T RETURN THESE ITEMS

Some goods cannot be returned unless defective. Perishable goods such as shea butter cannot be returned. This is because we can't sell the item on to other customers once opened by a third party. 

Digital Products

You can return any digital product within 14 days, even if not defective, for any reason. After 14 days we may refuse a refund, but we're not evil monsters, so we're happy to listen to your concerns, and may accomodate you even after 14 days, so please contact us and tell us what's wrong.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR A RETURN

To get your refund, we need proof of purchase - this can be the online receipt, or an order number or something to identify the order by. However don't panic if you can't find it, we can find your order on our system.

We also need the item back - if a physical product. See shipping returns below.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Sometimes we may be able to refund you, but only partly. This is at our discretion and may be for items like:

  • Goods with obvious signs of use
  • Products that have been opened and are no longer in a sellable condition.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 72 South View Avenue, Reading, RG4 5BB, England, United Kingdom.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 72 South View Avenue, Reading, RG4 5BB, England, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
